TEKMEDIA offers a complete data recovery service that specializes in recovering data from hard disk drives. We are uniquely qualified to offer recovery services for data losses caused by power surges & outages, static electricity, lightning strikes, fires, floods, other natural disasters, sabotage, viruses, equipment malfunctions, accidents, & user error (deleted files, formatted / f-disked drives).

At TEKMEDIA , we take the mystery out of data loss. Our findings indicate that data is recoverable the majority of the time. So never assume your valuable data can't be recovered.

RECOVERY PROCESS:

Evaluating Your Drive
Once we receive your hard drive it will be logged into our system & queued for evaluation by one of our data recovery technicians. We will provide you with our initial diagnosis, total recovery cost and estimated completion date within 24 of receiving your hard drive. (48hrs for Clean Room evaluation).

Recovering Your Data
Upon receiving your approval to proceed, your hard drive will be "cloned" (The integrity of your data is never placed in jeopardy as all recovery procedures are performed on an exact sector by sector duplicate of your original drive) and re-queued for the actual recovery procedures. If you have requested expedited service, after the evaluation, your hard drive will circumvent the recovery queue & become "next in line" for recovery.

Data Security
Keeping your data secure is a very high priority for us. For major corporations we have signed many non-disclosure agreements. With or without an agreement, we treat your data with the utmost security.

Returning Your Data
If your hard drive is repairable, and in our opinion will stay repaired, we will return your data on your repaired drive. If it is determined that your drive cannot be repaired, we can return your recovered data in a variety of ways, including copying it to a new hard drive, writeable CD, Zip/Jazz cartridge, or tape system.

We will keep a copy of your data for one week to ensure the successful re-installation of your data. Once your data is re-installed, your data will be purged from our storage vaults.
